Linke Resources is Hiring a Director of Nursing Near West Chester, PA
The Program provides a variety of assessment, treatment, and educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges. Services are provided in residential programs, specialized treatment foster care homes, an approved private school, and an Autism Assessment Center. The Director of Nursing serves as liaison with on-call physicians, community medical providers and independent contractors, while assuring the delivery of quality nursing services in accordance with established nursing procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years Nursing experience in a healthcare facility, preferably working with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and/or psychiatric illnesses
- At least one year of supervisory experience preferred
